The PHSC Foundation is a direct support organization for Pasco-Hernando State College, and provides strategic support and funding for scholarships, salaries, library resources, faculty and staff development, construction and renovation, student recruitment and outreach, academic programs, technology, and other college needs as deemed appropriate by the Foundation Board.
