Lisa Richardson, Ed.D.

Vice President of Advancement/Executive Director of the Foundation

Lisa Richardson, Ed.D., serves as Vice President of Advancement and Executive Director of the Foundation at Pasco-Hernando State College. In this role, she leads the College’s advancement efforts, including Foundation operations, fundraising, philanthropy, alumni and donor engagement and community partnerships that support student success and institutional growth.

With more than 25 years of service to PHSC, Dr. Richardson has held a variety of instructional and administrative leadership roles throughout her career. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, strong community relationships and passion for connecting people and resources to opportunities that transform lives through education.

Dr. Richardson has actively served on numerous community boards and initiatives, including Premier Community Healthcare, Pepin Academies and the Greater Dade City Chamber of Commerce. She was also an inaugural member of the Pasco County Commission on the Status of Women. In addition, she has participated in leadership development programs through the College, the State of Florida and the American Association of Community Colleges.
